Call for Volunteers – posted on behalf of Volunteer coordinator: I’ve been asked to schedule volunteers for Sacred Space Conference and I’m reaching out to see if anyone would like to volunteer at either the Registration desk or the Author’s table during the conference. Registration desk duties include welcoming people to the conference, checking their names into the registration list or helping them pay for the conference at the desk, giving people their badges, as well as helping them pre-reg for 2013 Sacred Space Conference. Duties for the Author’s desk include talking to guests about the various authors books and making recommendations, as well as managing the money for each author’s books. This year we are doing the volunteer benefits a little differently. If you work 1 Shift (each shift is ~2hrs), you will receive a $10 voucher to be used for any purchase with the merchants or healers, if you work 2 shifts you get a $20 voucher, if you work 3 shifts then your conference fee is $100, and if you work 4 shifts then your conference fee is $85.
