The 2025 Sacred Space Conference is slated for Thursday, March 27th, through Sunday, March 30th, at the Sheraton Baltimore North hotel in Towson, MD. As with all conferences, many hands are needed! We are looking for volunteers for the Registration desk and Author’s table.
Registration desk duties include welcoming people to the conference, checking their names into the registration list or helping them pay for the conference at the desk, and giving people their badges.
Duties for the Author’s desk include talking to guests about the various authors’ books and making recommendations as well as managing the money for each author’s books. As in recent years, if you work 1 Shift (each shift is ~2hrs), you will receive a $20 voucher to be used for any purchase with the merchants or healers. If you work 2 shifts you get a $40 voucher, if you work 3 shifts then your conference fee is $150, and if you work 4 shifts then your conference fee is $125.
No shift will overlap with more than one class. We also have openings for providing travel to and from the airport. If interested please let us know which shifts you would be interested in filling.
